Job Description

Line CookWe are seeking a dependable, hardworking Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate has experience working multiple stations in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing high-quality food while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

Work various stations including: Fry StationSalad StationSaut StationGrill Station Ensure food is properly plated and served in a timely manner.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen opening/closing duties.

Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow team members during service.

QualificationsMinimum 3 years of line cook experience preferred.

Experience working fry, salad, and saut stations required.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen.

Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.

Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
