Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Assist with menu planning by suggesting new ideas and seasonal specials that align with customer preferences Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Use knife skills effectively for chopping, slicing, dicing, and other food preparation tasks Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently and accurately Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and properly stored after use Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service during busy periods Experience Proven experience working as a cook in a restaurant or similar food service environment Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations Experience with dietary department guidelines or dietary aide responsibilities is a plus Familiarity with menu planning, food safety protocols, and food handling regulations Prior fine dining experience or work in upscale restaurants is highly desirable Demonstrated skills in meal preparation, catering support, and serving guests efficiently Knowledge of culinary trends and the ability to adapt recipes to meet diverse dietary needs Join us to bring your culinary passion to life in a lively kitchen environment where your skills make a difference every day!

$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
