  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare specialty dishes Work multiple stations Train new employees Assist with inventory Solve kitchen issues independently
  • Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold food items for all meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Grill.
  • Cover AM, PM, and provide relief during vacations as needed, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
  • Learn and manage both retail and patient menus, demonstrating versatility by performing various positions in the kitchen, such as salads, food service worker, and dishroom duties.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork and customer service skills, fostering a positive dining experience for all patrons.
  • Qualifications:
  • Prior cooking experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to different kitchen stations and tasks.
  • Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
