Responsibilities Assist with menu planning and ingredient sourcing to support diverse dietary needs Prepare and cook meals following established recipes and safety protocols Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances in accordance with food safety standards Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to prevent contamination Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality and presentation Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide within healthcare or food service settings Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety management practices and safety standards in production environments Skilled in operating various kitchen equipment safely and effectively Excellent communication skills for working with kitchen staff and other team members Ability to follow recipes precisely and adhere to meal preparation guidelines Experience with slicing techniques, knife skills, and food industry best practices for food handling and sanitation Join us as a and bring your culinary passion to a role that values quality, safety, and teamwork.
