Cook

Responsibilities:

• Assist in food preparation tasks.
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality of food.
• Monitor food stock and communicate any shortages to supervisor.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations
• Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook or prep cook in the food industry.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with kitchen staff and ensure efficient operations.
• Flexibility to work in different areas of the kitchen as needed.
• Experience in a restaurant kitchen is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
