At Pepperoni's we take pride in crafting delicious, high-quality pizzas using fresh, hand-prepped ingredients. We're looking for a dedicated team member who's passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to bring their skills and energy to our kitchen.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and portion pizza dough, sauces, and toppings Assemble and cook pizzas to order, ensuring consistent quality and presentation Prep vegetables, meats, and other ingredients daily Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station Operate ovens, dough mixers, and other kitchen equipment safely Assist with inventory and stock rotation Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or pizza-making experience preferred (we'll train the right person!) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Reliable, punctual, and a team player
