Duties Prepare and assemble meals with precision, ensuring adherence to recipes and dietary guidelines Assist in menu planning to offer diverse, appealing options that meet nutritional standards Handle food safely by following proper sanitation procedures and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen Cook a variety of dishes, utilizing knife skills and culinary techniques to achieve optimal flavor and presentation Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards Serve meals efficiently while providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with food storage to minimize waste and ensure freshness Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or food industry settings Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and food safety protocols Experience with fine dining or catering environments is a plus Excellent knife skills, culinary experience, and familiarity with kitchen equipment Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to bring your culinary passion to life!
