In this role, you will oversee daily preparations of salads, pasta, and steaks, and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. Your culinary prowess, combined with strong management skills, will drive the success of our food programs and elevate our reputation for excellence. Responsibilities Maintain strict food safety protocols by implementing sanitizing procedures, managing food handling practices, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while managing high-volume production demands in catering or restaurant settings. Ensure all team members follow food safety management systems and maintain cleanliness standards across the culinary department. Qualifications . Strong knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, food handling regulations, and kitchen equipment operation. Demonstrated expertise in cooking techniques such as braising, grilling, poaching, and other food industry practices. Prior experience in dining or high-volume production environments is highly desirable. Excellent knife skills combined with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure. Pay:
From $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
