We are looking for Line Cooks who are hard workers, multi-taskers, friendly, and have good customer service skills. We provide service from the heart and take pride in our customers and employees! Job Characteristics Line Cooks:
- Pleasantly greet customers when they come to the counter. Smiles are contagious and go a long way!
- Ability to communicate with the customers and management.
- Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly prepare plates and serve the correct order.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Assisting with other duties assigned by management, such as cleaning and organizing deliveries.
Qualifications :
- Prefer open availability schedules (including weekends).
- Must be able to read prep instructions from the line monitors while maintaining speed and efficiency.
- Able to stand or walk for periods of up to 4 hours.
- Ability to follow instructions and written documentation, such as orders, recipes, and sanitation practices.
- Must be able to carry up to 40 lbs unassisted and over 40 lbs with the assistance of another employee.
- Must have general food health and safety knowledge.
