Job Description
Marais restaurant, an award winning, multitiered Hospitality Venue in Dickinson has an immediate position open for an Experienced Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef $21-$25 plus per hour based upon experience, full time position or would consider part time. Marais is open for dinner only 4 pm Tues-Fri, 11 am Brunch and Dinner Saturdays and 930 am Brunch and dinner Sundays. Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef would drive Line Cooking Operations during peak times, focused on excellent plating, preparation, ticket times, ticket pivot point expediting, maintaining a clean station and line environment, and safe food handling. Lead Line Cook/Sous Chef would also be trained and responsible for closing down the kitchen ops to standards. Marais closes 9 pm Tues-Thurs & Sun, Fri & Sat 10pm. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, hold a current food service safety certification, have dependable transportation and desire to grow and take on more responsibilities to further their career!
