Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to sanitation standards
• Assist with cash handling, including operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Manage time effectively to meet customer needs and maintain a smooth service flow
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Support kitchen operations, including food preparation and inventory management
• Collaborate with team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and ingredients to assist with customer inquiries and special requests
• Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry or retail environment
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Proficiency with a point-of-sale (POS) system
• Knowledge of retail math and cash handling procedures
• Familiarity with the grocery store or quick service fast food restaurant environment
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
