This role involves preparing dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent food presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Use knife skills effectively for food preparation tasks Ensure all dishes meet quality standards before serving Maintain a professional attitude and work efficiently under pressure Experience Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles within restaurant or food service environments Knowledge of menu planning, fine dining standards, and food industry best practices Strong skills in food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance Prior restaurant experience demonstrating proficiency in serving guests efficiently This position offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
