Flexible Hours Position Summary Cuauhtemoc Café is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is available for qualified applicants. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Ensure food is prepared and presented in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations. Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times. Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory management. Properly store and label food items. Monitor ingredient freshness and notify management of supply needs. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties. Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Previous cooking or kitchen experience is preferred but not required. What We Offer Flexible scheduling.
