Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Pizza Maker or Pizza Assistant to join our new Italian pizza concept in Fairview, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn authentic Italian pizza-making techniques and grow with a new business from the ground up. Experience in a pizzeria is a plus, but it is not required. What matters most is a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong desire to learn. You will have the opportunity to learn: Authentic Neapolitan pizza Fried pizza (Pizza Fritta) Different Dough preparation and fermentation Italian ingredients and recipes Kitchen organization and food preparation
Responsibilities:
Assist with pizza preparation and production Prepare ingredients and toppings Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow food safety and sanitation standards Support the kitchen team during service
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation Team-oriented attitude Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required
