In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious, high-quality pizzas and related menu items in a fast-paced environment. Your culinary expertise and attention to detail will ensure every pizza meets our standards of excellence, delighting our guests with every bite. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation skills and contribute to a lively, customer-focused atmosphere. Whether you have prior kitchen experience or a background in the food industry, your enthusiasm and dedication will help create memorable dining experiences. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards Assist with menu planning to ensure a diverse and appealing selection of pizza options Handle food safely by following proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and knives with precision and care Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking areas throughout shifts Support food preparation activities such as chopping ingredients, assembling toppings, and portioning dough Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours and uphold high standards of food quality Experience Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Experience in food preparation, cooking, or the food industry is highly desirable Familiarity with restaurant or kitchen environments, including food safety protocols and food handling practices Strong knife skills and knowledge of meal preparation techniques are advantageous Previous fine dining or catering experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Passion for culinary arts with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction
