  • Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining high standards of food preparation and sanitation. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and are passionate about providing quality dining experiences. Duties Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and quality standards. Sanitate kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations during shifts. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process customer orders and payments. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Help maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Perform basic retail math to handle cash transactions accurately. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required. Starting Wage is 15/hour, raises will be dependent upon performance. Minimum Age is 17 years old.
