Job Description

Prep cook position is part of a team that prepares all food from scratch for a high volume seafood restaurant including soups, sauces, dressings, salads, shrimp, fish, crab and desserts in a separate prep kitchen. Work starts at 6:00 am daily. Line Cook is part of a team that prepares food to order in a high volume, fast paced seafood restaurant and includes sauté, grill, fry, back up and line positions. Shifts start at various times starting from 10:00 AM. Compensation includes bonuses and tip outs. Both positions require weekend and holiday availability. Vacation and discounts offered. Pay based upon qualifications and experience and includes bonuses and tip outs.
