Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in culinary arts, food service, and meal preparation. If you are passionate about cooking delicious dishes and have expertise in food handling and safety, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:
- Follow daily/weekly/monthly checklists to ensure adequate cleanliness and safety
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and presentation of dishes meet the restaurant's expectations
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent dining experiences
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Cook or relevant role in the food industry
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
