Job Description
Pho Binh is looking for a dependable, motivated, and professional cook to join our kitchen team. We are a fast paced Vietnamese restaurant committed to quality, consistency, and excellent customer service.
Must be able to stand for 8 10 hours per shift.
Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds (broth pots, boxes, supplies).Must be able to work around heat, including hot grills, steam, and kitchen equipment.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must understand the importance of punctuality and consistent attendance.
Must be able to work 90 days without planned appointments or extended time off.
Must demonstrate professionalism, respect, and teamwork at all times.
Must be able to obtain a Food Handler s Certificate within 30 days of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIESAssist with daily prep for pho and other menu items.
Follow portioning, cooking, and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
Support the chef with cutting, prepping, and cooking tasks.
Handle ingredients safely and follow food safety guidelines.
Work efficiently during busy rush periods.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
