Job Responsibilities Prepare cheesesteaks, wings, fries, and other menu items according to Charleys standards Work on the grill, fryer, sandwich line, and cashier station Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food-safety procedures Keep the kitchen, dining area, equipment, and workstations clean Restock food, sauces, cups, and supplies Check customized orders carefully before serving Complete opening and closing duties Help coworkers during busy periods Follow management instructions and restaurant policies Requirements Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Must maintain good personal hygiene and a clean uniform Previous restaurant or cooking experience is preferred but not required Must be willing to learn all stations Morning and weekend availability is preferred This is not a seasonal position What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who works well with others, treats customers respectfully, and takes responsibility for completing assigned duties. Team members are expected to clean and restock during slower periods.
