Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team, primarily working the fryer and grill station . The ideal candidate will be passionate about food quality, maintaining a clean work environment, and performing well under pressure during high-volume shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items on the fryer and grill stations to restaurant standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Ensure food is cooked and plated accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cooking stations. Monitor food temperatures and ensure safe food handling procedures. Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff. Assist with prep work and other duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen manager. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Maintain proper rotation of food and minimize waste.
Qualifications:
Willing to train the right motivated individual. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
