903 Billiards is a pool hall in downtown Longview, TX, and we're hiring another COOK to support our team on a PART

•TIME basis. Prior experience is a must, as well as a desire to do a great job, be a team player, and output great product!

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION

typically working weekends (day & night, 6-8 hour shifts) with occasional coverage during the week. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Prepare various types of food and menu items using appropriate cooking and kitchen equipment to proper industry and health standards Manage/handle both rush and slow times efficiently Rotate and refill stock as needed Maintain a clean kitchen by removing trash, cleaning prep tables and work areas, washing dishes, mopping floors, and cleaning cooking equipment Utilize the POS system and understand the ordering process

Requirements:

Minimum 18 yrs of age Have or be able to obtain required certification

•TX Food Manager Certificate

•within 10 days of hiring. Be reliable, take pride in your work, and be able to work independently Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods, and lift up to 25 lbs. Able to pass a background check that is free of any convictions involving of theft, vandalism, assault, battery, or other violent crimes

Pay:

$11.00

•$13.00 per hour Expected hours: 12.0

•15.0 per week
