Train Job Duties:
Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
Prepare ingredients such as meats, vegetables, pasta, sauces, and seasonings.
Cook pasta, chicken, beef, seafood, vegetables, and other menu items.
Prepare and portion sauces, soups, salads, and other side dishes.
Follow recipes and portion-control guidelines to maintain consistency.
Operate ovens, grills, stovetops, fryers, and other commercial kitchen equipment.
Monitor food temperatures to ensure food is cooked and stored safely.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cooking area.
Follow all food-safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Properly store and label food products and ingredients.
Check food supplies and notify management when ingredients need to be restocked.
Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Assist with food preparation, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
Maintain a fast and efficient pace during busy lunch and dinner periods.

10:30 am to 4:00 pm 3:30 pm to 10 pm off on Mondays
