Summary We are seeking a skilled Banquet Cooks and Line Cooks to join our culinary team at Midland Country Club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals for various events and functions, contributing to our commitment to excellence in food service. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for banquets and special events. Ensure all meals are prepared according to the highest quality standards. Carefully follows standard recipes when pre-preparing and preparing all items. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling procedures including those relating to personal hygiene. Performs other appropriate tasks as assigned by the chef. Requirements Proven experience as a cook (1 year experience preferred) Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Food Handlers License Familiarity with menu planning and dietary restrictions is a plus.
