Restaurant Cook As a SONIC Cook, you'll be the heart of our kitchen, preparing fresh, high-quality food while helping create the fast, friendly experience our guests expect. You'll work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, speed, and food quality are everything. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items to SONIC quality standards Operate the grill, fryer, and food preparation stations Portion and prepare ingredients for daily service Assemble and dress food orders accurately Package orders and ensure every meal meets quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen Wash dishes, sweep, mop, sanitize work areas, and take out trash Work together with teammates to deliver fast, friendly service Cross-train in multiple kitchen stations What We're Looking For Friendly, positive attitude Reliable and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with strong communication skills Basic reading and math skills Ability to follow recipes and directions Willingness to maintain SONIC appearance and hygiene standards Restaurant or food service experience is helpful, but not required —we'll train the right person!
