Line Cook

We are looking for strong, reliable, and passionate Line Cooks to join our growing team at Ayat Restaurant , a Michelin Guide-featured Palestinian restaurant known for authentic flavors, high standards, and a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and executing dishes with consistency, urgency, cleanliness, and attention to detail while working closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality and efficiency during service. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards
• Set up and stock stations before service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shift
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and DOH standards
• Work efficiently during high-volume service periods
• Communicate clearly with chefs and team members
• Properly store, label, and rotate food using FIFO methods
• Assist with prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed Requirements
• Previous line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude
• Weekend and holiday availability preferred
