Duties:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with menu planning and recipe development
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets food safety guidelines
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills

Experience in catering events or functions- Food service: Knowledge of food service industry standards and practices
