This role is responsible for preparing and executing menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail during high-volume morning and early afternoon service. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook brunch menu items according to recipes and presentation standards Execute egg cookery, breakfast meats, batters, sauces, and brunch specialties with precision Maintain station organization, cleanliness, and proper food storage Ensure all food is prepared to quality and safety standards Communicate clearly with the kitchen team during service Assist with prep work, inventory, and restocking Follow all health department and food safety guidelines Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude during high-volume shifts Qualifications 3+ year of line cook experience preferred (brunch or breakfast experience a plus) Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and knife skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Comfortable working in a hot kitchen environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth Supportive team environment
