The Brass Tap in Round Rock is seeking a hardworking, fun loving and conscientious person to join our team!

Job Summary Required Duties and Responsibilities:

Passionate about cooking great food for our guests! Complete daily Prep assignments Maintain a clean work area Follows proper food rotation, dating and labeling procedures Adhere to Brass Tap recipes and procedures when preparing and cooking all food items Plate menu items according to Brass Tap recipe specs Assist in checking in, unloading, rotating, and storing product deliveries Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to help out where needed Follow Brass Tap safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines

Candidate Minimal Requirements:

Food Handler Certification required. Two years of previous kitchen experience preferred. Must be a team player, hard working, and honest. Physical requirements for this position include: Standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting/carrying items (up to 30 pounds Ability to read and comprehend recipes, prep sheets and charts Understand measuring ingredients by weight and volume Operate the flat top grill, fryers, oven and all other kitchen equipment in order to execute orders in an accurate and timely manner

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour
