This position plays a key role in delivering high-quality food, maintaining kitchen standards, and providing guests with a great dining experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Prepare and cook food items according to Fuzzy's Taco Shop recipes and standards Ensure food quality, portion control, and presentation meet company expectations Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, equipment, and workstations Follow food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory as needed Work cooperatively with team members to ensure timely food service Properly handle kitchen equipment and report maintenance needs Required Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety practices Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-40 lbs Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience (preferred but not required) Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) Schedule Full-time or Part-time Flexible scheduling available
