Laod District is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and experienced Full-Time Cook to join our team at our Sugar Land, Texas location. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in preparing quality food, and works well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards
- Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation, stocking, and kitchen organization
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner periods
- Communicate and work well with other kitchen and front-of-house team members
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow Laod District's recipes and standards
- Must be available for a full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
