What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items to club standards Follow recipes, portion sizes, and plating guidelines Complete prep work before service begins Maintain speed and consistency during busy shifts Communicate clearly with chefs and kitchen team members Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized Follow all food safety, sanitation, and temperature standards Help with closing duties and daily cleaning checklists What Success Looks Like Plates leave the kitchen looking clean, consistent, and high quality Ticket times stay on pace during busy periods Your station stays organized and ready for service Team members can count on you to communicate and work hard The kitchen stays clean, safe, and professional at all times What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Team-oriented mindset Attention to detail and consistency Ability to stay calm under pressure Previous kitchen experience preferred, but not required Why Join TPC Houston?
