We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon , you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Prepare sufficient quantities of food product in accordance to production plan or forecast needs Utilize whole food products, eliminating any waste Maintain overall cleanliness and sanitation standards in assigned areas Alert the chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, food overages, or shortages in a timely manner Requisition inventory and receive supplies as necessary for daily production Ensure proper storage of food items; wrap, date, and rotate food items Incorporate safe work practices in job performance Regular and reliable attendance Perform other duties as required Frequently stands, uses hands, talks, hears, tastes, and smells Regularly walks and reaches with hands and arms Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls Regularly lifts up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 100 pounds Regularly works in extreme heat (non-weather) and near moving mechanical parts Occasionally works in extreme cold (non-weather), wet or humid conditions (non-weather), near toxic or caustic chemicals, and in outdoor weather Noise level is moderate Healthcare Benefits - Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement) Retirement Benefits - 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company's discretion.
