Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality food items and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, attention to detail, and commitment to food safety will help create a memorable dining experience for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills and contribute to a vibrant food service environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble menu items according to established recipes and standards Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with safety regulations Support menu planning by preparing ingredients for upcoming service periods Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service during busy hours Follow all food safety protocols and proper knife skills techniques during meal preparation Skills At least 2 years experience in a commercial kitchen Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within a restaurant or food industry setting Knowledge of menu planning, meal preparation, and catering operations Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques Familiarity with food safety standards and sanitation practices Previous kitchen or culinary experience demonstrating attention to detail and efficiency Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while serving guests with professionalism Join us as a Line Cook and be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences!
