Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate can follow recipes accurately, prepare ingredients based on business volume, and work efficiently while minimizing waste. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and supporting our line cooks during service. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen standards Adjust prep levels based on business volume to avoid over-prepping or under-prepping Practice proper waste management and food handling procedures Assist line cooks as needed during service Receive and properly put away food and supply orders Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep area Communicate effectively with the kitchen team Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of cooking or kitchen experience preferred Strong ability to follow recipes and prep lists accurately Self-motivated, hardworking, and reliable Team player with a positive attitude Passion for cooking and a desire to learn and grow Able to work independently without constant supervision Comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per shift Ability to lift and carry heavy items Ability to work in a hot, busy kitchen environment Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Sick Pay Holiday Pay Roth IRA with 3% match.
