Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols at all times Assist in menu planning by providing input on dish presentation and ingredient selection Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed to prevent contamination Support kitchen operations during busy service hours, efficiently managing multiple orders simultaneously Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, contributing to the overall success of the culinary team Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings; dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food industry best practices Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a positive attitude towards serving guests Prior experience in catering, food service, or culinary roles is highly desirable Join us and bring your culinary talents to life!
