Josie Wyatt's isn't just a restaurant; it's the premier dining destination within Moab's first luxury resort-style hotel, the Hoodoo Moab, Curio Collection by Hilton. We are open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner along with providing room service to the 116-room hotel. The hotel features a conference room and banquet facility that hosts an array of events year-round. We are looking for a motivated Banquet Cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering "wow" moments for groups of up to 250 guests.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and execute high-quality menus for banquet events, weddings, and conferences. Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timing and presentation meet our standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with restaurant line-cook duties as needed (for full-time candidates).

What We're Looking For Experience:

Previous kitchen experience is required. If you've worked in banquets or high-volume catering, that's a major plus.

Versatility:

Skilled at balancing the speed of large-scale prep with the precision required for detailed, refined plating.
