Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Participate in menu planning and development, offering creative ideas for new dishes. Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use. Skills Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. Familiarity with dietary restrictions and the ability to accommodate various dietary needs as a Dietary Aide. Excellent understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen team. A passion for fine dining and creating memorable culinary experiences.
