Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to Sonora Grill's recipe and quality standards. Operate within and support a small team of line cooks during service. Communicate with efficiency and clarity to ensure smooth coordination between stations. Assist with prep work, station transitions, and plating as needed. Stay cool, focused, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a line cook encouraged but not required. Confident communicator (must speak and understand English clearly). Must have reliable transportation and consistent punctuality. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to lead by example with a "help-first" team mentality—no room for ego.
