Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, hardworking, and customer-focused team member to join our Korean BBQ All-You-Can-Eat restaurant. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment, and work efficiently with the team to ensure a great dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, assisting guests with Korean BBQ dining procedures, maintaining table cleanliness, and following all food safety and sanitation standards. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team is essential. Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Take customer orders and serve food and beverages promptly. Assist guests with Korean BBQ grilling procedures and menu questions. Monitor tables and respond to customer requests in a timely manner. Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area. Follow restaurant policies, food safety guidelines, and sanitation standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members. Help maintain smooth restaurant operations during busy hours. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks. Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
