The Line Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to the restaurant's standards, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Job Specification:

Prepare ingredients and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and standards. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Must know how to Cook steak to proper temperatures and plate dishes correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Requirements 2 year cooking experience in a professional kitchen. Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail. Certified in safe food handling. Able to keep a level head and work in a team-based environment. Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and assist with prep or other tasks as needed.
