HOME 2 Suites Chantilly, Virginia Hotel Breakfast Cook The Cook will be responsible for kitchen setup, pre-meal food prep work, food preparation, plating and sanitation of storage and preparation areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 Has complete knowledge of the menu and food prep book, including preparation procedures, special handling instructions.  Sets up equipment and preps food based on the business forecast information received.  Prepares food orders, following the preparation, following prep cards  Maintains the kitchen, food preparation, and food storage areas in an attractive, sanitary manner.  Provides security by following all specified security and safety regulations.  Responds appropriately to guest requests for information and to complaints.  Trains other employees.  Maintains a well-groomed, professional appearance. Extends hospitality and courtesy to guests and co-workers.  Ensures compliance with Brand Standards.  Performs other duties as assigned by appropriate authority.

Pay:

From $15.00 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred)
