Bacon, eggs, and more-oh my! Chantilly Heights is hiring for a Line Cook/Chef and we are hungry for your culinary skills! No long nights in the kitchen! The hours for this position are 6am-2pm. In this position you will be expected to: Prepare or direct the preparation, seasoning and cooking of all soups, salads, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, and all other foods Prior cooking experience and knowledge of special diets, cooking times, and temperature controls Communicate and work efficiently with other dietary staff and healthcare staff to ensure accuracy in a fast paced, high stress environment Adhere to all food handling and hygiene practices Accurately estimate quantities of food required to properly reduce waste Prepare restaurant quality, nutritionally balanced and attractively served meals, our goal is to provide the best food and service to our residents

Minimum Qualifications:

HS Diploma or GED Prior cooking experience Ability to prepare and cook a variety of foods in large quantities At Chantilly Heights, we take care of you too!
