Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Grill Cook/Prep Cook to join our vibrant culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality grilled dishes and assisting with food preparation to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your enthusiasm for food, attention to detail, and culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable meals that delight our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook grilled items according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met Support menu planning efforts by providing input on dish execution and ingredient needs Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service experiences Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly throughout shifts Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within the food industry Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices Experience with menu planning, catering, or fine dining environments is highly desirable Excellent food service skills, including serving guests efficiently and courteously Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Join us in creating delicious meals that bring joy to our guests! Pay:
