Preschool Cook (Full -Time and Part-Time)

Kiddie Academy of Leesburg is looking for a Kitchen Manager/ Cook to join our team! We are a childcare/ preschool facility and serve healthy, nutritious meals on site. We are not a full-fledged kitchen like a restaurant, and do not handle raw meat. All of our meats come pre-cooked and frozen from the vendor, as well as vegetables are pre-cut. The primary responsibilities for the Kitchen Manager include: Prepare healthy meals based on a pre-set menu Maintaining the kitchen in a clean and sanitary condition Being aware of the children's dietary restrictions / allergies Knowledgeable in food handling procedures Manage kitchen inventory and place food orders Help in classrooms as needed Preferably able to drive daycare bus to drop off & pickup children from Elementary schools (regular driving license)

Qualifications:

A High School Diploma ServSafe certification (if you don't have it, we pay for you to take it) Clean driving record
