Duties:

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Assist in menu planning and development
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet set standards
• Handle food safely, following proper food handling procedures
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to provide excellent dining experiences
• Operate kitchen equipment such as knives and stoves effectively

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Cook in a restaurant, catering, or fine dining setting
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
• Proficiency in menu planning and execution
• Ability to work well in a team environment
