We're looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and take pride in preparing quality dishes consistently. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and kitchen standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations Ensure food quality, presentation, and proper portioning Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen closing duties Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Work efficiently during high-volume service periods Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Flexible availability, including nights and weekends Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
