We are looking for one line cook who possesses a passion for southern cuisine, strong cooking skills, and a team mindset.

Expectations of the roles:

Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations Preparing food and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers Plating prepared foods based on Chef/manager guidance Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations Prior experience as a cook is a must. The desire for continuous learning and professional development is ideal. Ability to stand for long hours. Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Commitment to the production of high-quality outputs and excellent customer service. ( We love our customers!) Ability to work shifts at night, over weekends, and on holidays, as required (We are closed on major holidays)
