Responsibilities As a Dinner Cook , you will help prepare and deliver delicious, high-quality meals while maintaining the standards and consistency our guests expect.
Responsibilities include:
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and culinary standards Ensure food is prepared with consistency, quality, and attention to presentation Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout the shift Properly handle, store, label, and rotate food products Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations Work efficiently during busy dinner service and maintain composure in a fast-paced kitchen Communicate effectively with the culinary TEAM to ensure smooth and timely service Assist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and closing duties as needed Monitor food quality and freshness throughout the shift Support a positive, professional, and TEAM-oriented kitchen environment Requirements to Be Successful in This Role Previous experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred Experience with a Hilton brand or luxury hotel setting is a plus We are willing to train motivated food service professionals who are eager to learn and grow Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for food Excellent attention to detail and commitment to culinary excellence Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling practices Ability to work independently while also being a strong TEAM player Reliable and dependable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Culinary degree or formal training is a plus, but not required We're dedicated to training and developing our TEAM into future hospitality leaders through hands-on learning, interactive teamwork, and a positive work environment.
