Job Description:

Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the hotel Ensuring the kitchen remains well-stocked at all times Receiving food and beverage orders as needed Follow provided brand standard approved recipes. Preparing and plating all food items on the menu Using hot food preparation machines such as ovens, stoves, and microwaves to cook or heat food Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each service.
